Who we are

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

• Company name and, if given, company/VAT number
• Contact name, email address and phone number
• Delivery postcode and the sizes/pallet quantities you're interested in
• How you plan to unload a delivery, and any target delivery date
• How you found us, and any notes you choose to add
• The IP address the form was submitted from (used for spam and rate-limit protection)

We do not collect payment details through this site — invoicing happens separately once you place an order.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We use this data to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Our legal basis is legitimate interests — responding to a business enquiry you initiated. If you become a customer, we also process data as necessary to perform that contract and to meet our accounting and tax obligations.

Who we share it with

• OVH, our email hosting provider — enquiry notifications and replies are sent through our OVH mailbox.
• Google Analytics, but only if you accept analytics cookies via the banner on this site. Google may process this data outside the UK/EEA. You can decline, or change your choice at any time, using "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use any enquiry-form data for marketing without your separate consent.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to respond to it and, if you become a customer, for the duration of our business relationship and as required by Polish accounting and tax law afterwards.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data, where we're not required to keep it for legal reasons
• Restrict or object to how we use it
• Provide it to you in a portable format

To exercise any of these, email sales@kavonbeds.co.uk. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we've mishandled your data.
