What we do
We build welded-steel ottoman bed base frames — the lifting mechanism, gas springs and sprung slats a retailer fits a mattress and headboard to — across six UK sizes. Every frame ships flat-packed on pallets, ready for a UK retailer or upholsterer to finish and sell on.
We've supplied the UK trade since 2016, manufacturing everything ourselves and shipping across Europe from the same factory.
From furniture fittings to full frames
2016 — OKUCIA.ME
We started out supplying furniture fittings and accessories.
2018 — BEDFRAMES.PL
Renamed as our range grew into bed frame components specifically.
2020 — Kavon
Rebranded around our own manufacturing: metal frames, lifting mechanisms and ottoman bed bases, built in-house with our own quality control rather than bought in and relabelled.
Today
The same factory now supplies the UK trade directly, alongside the European markets we've built up since 2016 — around 90% of orders leave our factory within 48 hours of confirmation.
